Beautiful brick and wood chalet available now in Sainte-Adèle, right at the base of Mont Chantecler ski hill, 10 minutes from St-Sauveur with its many winter and summer activities, and only a couple of
kilometers from a lovely lake with a public beach!
Very secluded at the end of a cul-de-sac (no neighbors in sight from the house!), surrounded by forest — yet easy to get to, just outside Sainte-Adèle center with all its conveniences: grocery stores, a bowling alley, a movie theater, bakeries, internet cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, and much more…
The lovely 2-story executive chalet has a vaulted ceiling, 3 brick floor-to-ceiling fireplaces, 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms (can sleep 9 comfortably, with a pull-out sofa in the downstairs living room), 2 bathrooms (one off the master bedroom), a fully-furnished kitchen and
open dining area, a paved parking area in front of the house (enough for 4 or 5 cars), a garage, and a wrap-around balcony that faces out over the quiet woods. There is a stream that runs through the edge of
our 2 acres of property, and even a small waterfall!
Great for a weekend getaway, a family ski vacation, a summer escape….. It is a four-season getaway and can be enjoyed any time of the year! The location makes it perfect in any weather, with all sorts of activities available for children and adults alike.

Très beau chalet en brique et bois à louer à Ste-Adèle, idéal pour les
skieurs, entouré de montagnes, tout près du Mont Chantecler et juste
10 minutes du Mont Saint-Sauveur.
Super privé dans un environnement magnifique et calme (pas de voisin à
vue), dans la foret — mais aussi facilement accessible, quelques
petites kilomètres du centre-ville de Sainte-Adèle (où il y a des
grandes épiceries, un cinéma, une piste de bowling, des bons
restaurants, des jolis cafés, etc).
Le chalet a un toit cathédrale et deux salons avec 3 foyers en briques
pour réchauffer vos soirées d’hiver et ajouter un peu d’ambiance
pendant toute l’année. Il y a trois chambres fermées avec 3 lits
doubles, 1 canapé-lit queen, et 1 lit simple. Confortable pour 9+
personnes. Deux salles de bain, cuisine toute équipée, salle à manger,
garage, et un grand balcon qui regarde sur le bois tranquil. Il y a un
petit ruisseau dans notre 2 acres de terrain, et même une petite
cascade !
Parfait pour échapper la grande ville pendant quelques jours, des
vacances de ski en famille….. C’est un chalet quatre saisons,
disponible en été comme en hiver, avec beaucoup à faire pour tout le
monde, tout au long de l’année.
