Since in Quebec the age of majority is 18, as long as you are that old there will be no issue. So if anyone is eighteen years old get them to call and make the reservation. I am sure though if you are under 18 and use a parents credit card there will also be no problem.

How is Mount Tremblant in mid April?

I would like responses from people who have been there at this time in previous years. I need to know if the snow and trails are as good as in winter.

mid-april, not very good… it gets very slushy…. hardly any snow at that time of the year too… lots of people on the few open trails… youre better off going to tremblant in march.. april is usually pretty shitty skiing..

Bus Rentals in Canada?

October 72009

Ok so, here’s the deal,
My class and I are going from our school in Mississauga to a skiing trip in Mont Tremblant, Quebec. The distance is 681km (approx.7 hours and 11 minutes). What bus must we rent (there’s 21 of us) to go there and come back. How much does it cost to rent the bus?

plzzz…help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Find local charter-bus companies and ask for price quotations. Buses come in different sizes, and the price is higher for a coach than a school bus. Some have toilets and some don’t. Most have DVD players. A Google search shows many charter companies operating out of the Toronto area. It will be quite expensive - a few years ago we paid $1200-$1500 for a 56-passenger coach for one day and about 700km of driving, and that was in a cheaper market than Toronto. We also provided meals for the driver and a tip.

Keep in mind that for a long trip, it’s helpful to have some extra space for people to spread out and for luggage.

Do you want a bus and driver to stay with you during the trip? Find out whether you will need to pay for the driver’s accommodation and meals or whether the company will take care of them. Bus drivers from Ontario are strictly limited in the length of their working day (I think it is 14 hours) so that may also be a planning concern.

What would be the best route from Reading,PA to Mont Tremblant,CA? I-87 or I-81?

Planning on going to Canada after new years. Jan 4-8. Which highway would you suggest I-87 or I-81? Google Maps says it’s a difference of 2 miles and 6 minutes. What are the benefits of each?

I’ve done this drive before and the best way to get to Quebec is I-87

Take the Pennsylvania turnpike to the NJ turnpike and than take that to I-287 which will turn into I-87 ( NY thruway) which will go straight to Quebec . I Don’t know how to get to mont tremblant from the border but it would be closer than taking I-81
